Order Inquiries

Order inquiries are for local (San Antonio, TX) orders only. 

 

Please fill out the form (linked above) to inquire about an order. Cookie prices start at $45/dozen regular sized (3 - 3.5 inch cookies) and $24/dozen mini sized (1.5 - 2 inches). Cookie prices vary depending on design, details, number of colors, and shape. Under Texas Cottage Laws, I cannot ship cookies.

I typically require at least 1 month or more notice for custom orders, especially larger orders. I work full time and decorate cookies on days off, so this allows me to plan orders into my work schedule. Usually I am unable to fulfill order requests for cookies needed the same week or following week from when the cookie inquiry is submitted.

Requirements:

​

• 1 dozen minimum for regular sized cookies or larger.  Minis alone are a 3 dozen minimum. 

​

• There is a 50% retainer fee. Clients will be invoiced and will have 24 hours to pay the retainer fee before their spot is released to someone else. This fee is non-refundable if the order is cancelled in 2 weeks or less of the order due date. The retainer will go towards the remaining balance of the order. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of pick up by cash, Square, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
